This has been on my mind lately! I know, I know, it's not winter yet, but it's almost winter and I know I need to be proactive on this issue. My habits always have a shift during these months. The weather changes, and I don't spend as much time outdoors. The kids have time off school. I take vacation days. There are all kinds of events and a lot of exposure to sweet foods and carbs that don't support who I am and who I want to be. Sweet food and bread are my kryptonite, and I know I am not alone on this.
So what do I suggest doing?
First, I'm going to take a long look at my current routines and "excusplinations" for why I am not incorporating the things I know I need to be better at. I'm going to journal about my routines and where there are opportunities. I'm going to write out my new routines that are REALISTIC. Then, I'm going to implement and prioritize my new routine, because that's what I know is effective.
I love the method of
Make it attractive
Make it easy
Make it rewarding
My focus over the next week or so is going to include
Redesigning my routine based upon who I am and who I want to be
Monthly IV hydration and vitamin drips
Weekly vitamin injections
Eating nutritious food
Focusing on portion control
Staying hydrated
Keeping an exercise routine
Getting fresh air
Reading and Journaling
Getting quality Sleep
Rise Up's IV hydration and vitamin infusions/injections are one way that I can help with curbing my appetite, boosting my immune system, enhancing my athletic performance, and getting the nutrition that I know my body needs, and I'm grateful for that! Staying consistent with my monthly infusions and weekly injections is a top priority (along with the other things I listed) that I will be sure to make time for!
My routine includes B12 and Lipo-Mino injections weekly and ALA and Meyers' infusions. I will also be adding in glutathione and NAD+ injections into my routine!
