Who should not take Semaglutide
You should NOT take Semaglutide if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or plan on becoming pregnant in the next few months. You should also not take Semaglutide if you have a history of pancreatitis, multiple endocrine neoplasia, or medullary thyroid carcinoma.
Semaglutide may cause GI upset, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and gas, but typically resolve over time in research studies.
